Enjoyed this local brew pub's (Moonshine, Division St., Chicago, IL) summer ale, served cold in glass -- draft pint. Great outdoor seating on wide boulevard style sidewalk
A) Hazy straw glows yellow when held to the light. Lots of free flowing carbonation runs up the sides, looks very appealing. Small white head quickly dissapears
S) Citrus & sour dough. Hint of modest coriander. Pear, grapefruit and sweet apple juice
T) Refreshing on an 80+ evening. Mild hops, sweet malt, citrus juice.
M) Dry with ample carbonation that lasts through out, until the glass is drained. Very light and airy, smooth.
D) I enjoyed this wonderful, fresh minted summer ale. Light enough to have a few... so I did
