22 oz bottle, winter 2016/2017 version without the 10th anniversary moniker, poured into a pint glass. A dark brown/black with amber highlights and a creamy one finger tan head that retains well. Aroma of vanilla, nuts, sugary malts and milk chocolate. The taste is right in line, heavy on the vanilla and milk chocolate, with some earthy hops buried in the background.. The mouthfeel is heavy and smooth, carbonation almost non existent. A dessert beer for those who like a sweet smooth porter.

Shared bomber.
Clear mahogany bottle with a decent head.
Plenty of vanilla but it's more subdued in the aroma and not overpowering in the taste.
Mild+ sweetness.

A 22oz bomber with a Winter 2016 date on the bottle, picked up at Brusin Ales March, 2016
L - Chocolate brownish color, with 1 finger of tan head, and some nice lace left on the glass
S - Vanilla dominates, chocolate, malty grains
T - Fairly sweet, vanilla, and chocolate. Slight, minor booze taste in the aftertaste.
F - Well carbonated, sizzles on the tongue, medium body, and creamy mouthfeel
O - Another great brew by Pisgah, on cue. Happy 10th to a fantastic brewery! One of my favs!
