Format: standard green 330mL bottle, translucent macro label.
Appearance: a slightly cloudy light yellow with a tiny head. Fine carbonation, but plenty of it.
Aroma: standard lager grains on the nose. Some light hops - grassy.
Taste: sweet cereal grains and a light herbal / floral lift, possibly due to the organic origins of the beer.
Aftertaste: a clean and crisp aftertaste, also perhaps due to the organic nature of the beer. Doesn't hang about long, which is fine as it is a quick-drinking refresher.
Mouth feel: light in body with a fairly high carbonation to carry the flavour.
Overall: a decent organic lager that would be pretty good for a sunny summer day. Is it really that much better than half of the cheaper macro lagers though? Not really.
