On draft at brewery, consumed 01/21/08.
Dark honey/caramel color. Nice head that reduces to a long lasting thin skin. Active bubbles throughout beer.
Sweet, malty aroma.
Strong caramel malt flavor with cleann hoppy finish. Some kind of mild spiciness upfront, like cinnamon.
Well-balanced flavor; I liked it best of all their brews.
