Draft at the brewery
Light fizzy head, hazy blonde color
Nose creamy wheat, banana esters, melon rind, light spicy phenols
Taste brings more doughy creamy wheat, juicy, fair yeasty character, some banana and light phenol spices, big melon and melon rind on the back end
Mouth is med to a touch lighter bod, med carb
Overall pretty good, def like the melon and banana, wish the yeasty flavor dropped out a bit
