Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear Amber color with a small white head. The aroma is mild hops and butter. The taste is oily and butter like. An average brew.

Served on tap in a pint glass.
Arrived a hazy straw yellow with a one finger white head.
Aroma of bready grain and a little bit of fruit. Not a whole lot going on.
A pleasant breadyness jumps out immediately in the flavor. There is just a small amount of caramel along with some fruity hops contributing a light bitterness. Mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
Overall this is a pretty average Kolsch but it quite tasty and incredibly smooth. A great thirst quencher or session beer.

Aroma: Faint Pils malt, subtle pear/apple fruit esters
Appearance: Light gold in color, half an inch of a fine white head that collapses into a thin ring.
Flavor: A soft well rounded palate, the malt is attenuated without being noticeably dry. Just a hint of hops with low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body but smooth and crisp with medium carbonation
Overall Impression: Clean, crisp, very mild beer with rounded flavor and body.
Comments: This beer may be too subtle for most craft beer fans, especially hopheads, however it is a good balanced example of a Kolsch ale without any crude characteristics.
