Light yellow golden color with on finger head with medium retention.
Aroma of corn, sulfur, mild lemon and bread.
Contained sweet flavor with notes of adjuncts, some skunk, mild lager yeast, mild floral hops and some spicy feeling (likely the carbonation). Finishes with ginger, metallic and sulfur, but does not bother as much as it sounds.
Watery body with good carbonation.
This exemplar felt better than regular Itaipava, a bit more hops compensated the mild higher skunk. It should go better with lemon and salt, as their Mexican counterparties.
