Golden color with a thick head.
Aroma with predominant notes of Belgian yeast and candi sugar. Hint of pineapple and orange marmalade.
Flavor with notes of phenolic spices, herbal hops, candi sugar and faint medicine herbs. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
I was expecting something blander, but it is a Belgian Blond Ale faithful to style with clear phenolic and herbal hop notes.
