June 2015: 750 ml bottle from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. BB date 05.03.2015. ABV is 6.5%. Pale straw colour, huge white head. Nice spicy and yeasty aroma, some fruity notes too. The flavour has some fruity acidity and mild spicy notes. Very moderate hops. Kind of refreshing, but not very exciting.

Beer bottle with a pretty stick (33 cl.), tasted in 2009.
Appearance : blond color, with huge white foamy head (with lacing).
Smell : yeasty aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : not complex, basic tastes of yeast, malt and hops.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style Belgian Pale Ale ?
This beer is brewed near the castel of Chambord.
The salamander symbolizes the power generally to the fire. This symbol is found on a lot of ceilings and walls of the castle of Chambord (city of François 1er). This animal a little magic is supposed to extinguish the fires and bad fuel bills.
