Copper with a hint of haze, lots of champagne carbonation, and a finger and a half of yellowish head.
Smells of stone fruits, peaches and pears, a hint of citrus hops, and caramel.
Tastes like a symphony of tropical fruit and floral hops, very complex and light, with a solid bitter finish.
Medium light body with moderate carbonation.
I would categorise this brew as an APA instead of an IPA, as it feels like a beer done well in the American pale ale style. Complex hops, fruity and interesting, certainly not a poorly done brew. Drinking on Muskoka, Dec 16th, 2017.

Bottled and housedc in the usual light carded Innis & Gunn box claiming to be 100% unfiltered
pours a golden body with huge foaming white head
lemon vitamin supplement aroma
tastes like really cheap watery lemon dish soap
