~12 oz red can.
This altbier poured a clear, red-amber color (hazy if the sediment was poured) with creamy, tan foam that settled to a thin film and clung to the glass slightly. There was a steady stream of fine carbonation bubbles. The smell was lightly malty with a touch of caramel, but which faded fast. The taste was lightly malty with a touch of caramel, though not sweet. Very low hoppiness. There was a slightly roasty and acrid malty finish. The mouthfeel was dry and fairly thin with medium-light body and moderate carbonation. This was an OK beer, but a fairly thin rendition of an altbier. Thanks to Naerhu for this can.

Ingredients - Malt, Hops. This is just another cheap touristy beer. When brewing craft beer in Japan became legal ten years ago, a huge number of sake brewers took up Kolsh and Alt brewing from the same crappy recipe. This is one of them.
Brown head on an opaque amber-brown body.
Light biscuity aroma.
Thin cola taste, nasty thin mouth feel. Pour down the sink.
