Draft pint at the Brewmaster Tavern tonight. Have had this once before but had not rated nor reviewed it here.
a: Amber with a thin white head when it arrived at table. A little spotty lacing.
s: Slight bready malt.
t; Balance of bready malt and hops. Dry finish.
m: Light to medium. Some carbonation tingle.
o: A pretty good ale, certainly a good dinner accompaniment. Seemed pretty dark for a blonde, especially since it is called "Adonis GOLD." In fact it was quite similar in appearance and flavor to their Octoberfest which I had had at their steakhouse the night before.

Dark gold in color with a light, wispy white head and bits of lacing. There isn't much coming off in the way of aroma. The flavor is mildly hoppy. The attack and finish and pretty clean and easy to handle even for the most amateur of beer drinkers. This is a "broad appeal" beer that almost all brewers have to produce, but this is definitely one of the better ones that I have. It is a "mainstream" pleaser for sure.

Draught@ Brewpub: This one loses style points by being served in a frosted pint glass. It poured a clear golden yellow with a small white head on it. It left some lacing. The aroma was light but pleasant, with mainly some grapefruit and floral hop notes to the nose. Just a slight bitter taste with some maltiness. A good "starter" or session beer.

L: Pours a golden yellow color with a short and medium bodied white colored head that laces the glass all the way down.
S: Smells of sweet toasted malts and a hint of hops.
T: Tastes of very sweet toasted malts and a hint of hops at the end of the nose.
M: Very crisp, fresh, refreshing, with the right amount of carbonation.
D: Very drinkable, this is a perfect session beer.

Had on tap at the Brewmaster's Tavern. The drink settled with a amber-gold appearance, thin head and some thick lacing on the side. Spicy malts were sensed aroma-wise in an otherwise hoppy ale. Taste was wicked sweet and malty with a good dry balance that made it really appetizing than average. Mouthfeel had a good carbonation and crispness to it. Overall, pretty good.

Light amber, with some head. Sweet and citrus. C hop. Sessionable ABV as per much of the lineup. Medium mouthfeel, an average beer. Another standard style found about, could use more yeast-play and exposure to some different hop. Not very representative of what can be done with the style.

Growler filled by a friend at the brewpub. Thanks for the opportunity, E.
First imperial pint pours with a 1" off-white head, over the clear, bright golden amber brew. Active bubbling replenishes the head for awhile, leaving prevalent yet delicate lacing. Aroma is light malt sweetness but quickly shouted down by spicy and fruity hops character. Taste follows the nose well, with the spicy hoppiness even more pronounced. Pleasing crisply bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing, and drinkability is excellent as well. Nice summertime brew.
