Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance -The beer pours a dark amber-orangish color with a small head of off-white foam. The head has a moderate level of retention, fading over time and leaving a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a toasted pumpkin smell mixed with some caramel sweetness and a good showing of cinnamon and nutmeg. Along with these aromas comes notes of ginger and molasses as well as a light showing of toasted pumpkin seed and brown sugar.
Taste – The taste starts with a malty and bready flavor paired with lots of toasted pumpkin and spices of cinnamon and nutmeg. At the same time there is a moderate sweetness of brown sugar and molasses, as well as some ginger and pepper. As the taste advances the spices get stronger all while the sweet fades a touch. Some new flavors of clove and nut develop more toward the end, leaving one with a nice toasty and spiced pumpkin flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a medium carbonation level. For the style the feel is good and makes for a nice easy but bodied sipper.
Overall – A rather nice roasty pumpkin brew. A bit heavier on the spice and lower on the sweet, but overall very enjoyable.

Look – Light orange on color with a slightly hazy body. Got two fingers of bright, white head.

Aroma – Delightful aroma of graham cracker crust and cinnamon. As close to liquid pumpkin pie as I’ve come across in a pumpkin beer. Some really good genuine pumpkin combined with big nutmeg notes. Really nice stuff here.

Taste – The spices are more prominent than the pumpkin. It’s one of those pumpkin ales, but sometimes it’s just what you prefer. Big nutmeg and allspice run wild like Hulkamania. That’s not to say there is no pumpkin here because there is and it is the background character in this case. A malty, bready aftertaste accents each sip.

Mouthfeel – Full-bodied and actually almost syrupy in quality. An anomaly for such a low abv beer, but here we are.

Overall – Definitely higher on the spice spectrum than the pumpkin, but still enough genuine pumpkin flavor to be had. The more I let it warm, the more I really like this one.

From the can, it pours a hazy slightly orange amber with modest, soon diminishing to a ring, head. In the nose, it is cinnamon and other fall spices, along with malt. In the mouth, the spices are there, along with a nice malt base.
