Pale yellow, hazy, with a fast disappearing pure white head.
Delicate aromas of grain and stone fruit.
Wine vinegar acidity, light fruit, but what kind of fruit is not especially pronounced. Peach makes sense, clearly something light. Decent bitterness in the finish and high carbonation.
Very active mouthfeel, light body, and a clean finish.
I would like a little more distinct peach flavor, but it's a nicely made beer. Not too sour, not salty at all, crisp, and not too sweet.
