A. Dark reddish-brown, clear, with a thin light-tan head
S. Plenty of smoky oakiness up front, a some phenols maybe, sweet malts.
T. More of the same with a balanced bitterness. The oak is fairly muted, but noticeable. Both the sweetness at the front of the tongue and the bitterness as it goes down linger for a good while.
M. Medium-bodied, a little on the thin side for a winter warmer.
O. A pretty decent English Winter Warmer. Could definitely use a bit more heft in the mouthfeel. The oak adds a nice touch and the finish as staying with me a long time. I always like that in a beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
