Golden light color slightly hazy, though it got more opaque and amber once I poured the residual yeast. Produced a nice head with medium duration.
Regarding the aroma, banana is predominant and hints of citric, vanilla and wheat. Low carbonation and light to medium body.
Flavor follows aroma, banana and orange. Not very condimented and sweet without jeopardizing drinkability. A little less complex than others wheat beers, but easier to drink

600 mL bottle, courtesy of DoubleJ,
A: Pours a cloudy burnt orange with a medium fizzy white head. Spotty lace.
S: Bananas for sure with a lot of tropical fruit especially passion fruit, some light mango.
T: Passion fruit and banana mix, minor notes of guava, wheat malt, and yeast.
M: Very crisp carbonation, though it does feel a little thin at times. Light-bodied overall and refreshing.
O: A surprisingly good beer from Falke. The clear Brasilian winner of the night. A must try for hefe fans.

Estrada Real Weiss is one of the new beers released by Falke. From a 600 ml bottle (thanks Sergio!), on to the beer:
Not quite dark and not quite pale. It's a darker shade of yellow orange with decent head and solid lace. The nose is fun, a lot of banana and a smack of mango and assorted tropical fruits. But this infusion proves to be better as a taste than an aroma. Banana's foster is immediately noted. Burnt sugar and mango tag along with the banana. The beer is light bodied with a small jolt of carbonation; a little more carbonation would give it a livlier mouthfeel.
Traditional hefeweizen with a twist. This is the Falke that I remember. This is the beer
Schneider-Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse wanted to be instead of a mess.
