Golden color with a one finger head with short retention and leaving good laces.
Aroma with notes of grains, grassy hops, and bread with butter.
Flavor with notes of bready malt, grassy and spicy hops, lager yeast, a hint of honey and some hay. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Well-made and clean Pils, it is quite balanced with a long lasting aftertaste. Worth it if the price is right.

One of three new beers created by Falke, this is a Bohemian pilsner that was generously shared by my friend Sergio. Muito obrigado! Coming out of a 600 ml bottle, on to the beer:
It looks like pee yellow in a glass, but with a reasonably sized head and a few dots of lace, I'm reminded that this is beer. The nose has some honey aromas, and a kick of very spicy hops. Almost rustic to a point.
A base of light graham cracker flavor makes the foundation. The spicy hops found in the nose are here too, though they do get a little astringent at times. The body is light and very crisp, clean, with an appetizzing bitter aftertaste.
An acceptable Czech Pilsner out of Falke, but a questionable value at R$23.
