On tap at the Alex P Keaton in London, Ontario- Dark mahogony body with little light penetrating, creating a rouge tint. Mild roasty notes with some coffee, minerals, and sour milk. Watered down roasted malt flavours with a slight hops bitterness that balances a mild sweetness, but theres something here I dont enjoy too much. Thin for a porter, perhaps its closer to a Dunkel? Mild chestnut aftertaste, with some lingering mineral sweetness.

Dark brown and clear with mahogany highlights. Light brown head that left a smattering of lace. Sweetness in the aroma, along with roasted/burnt character and a bit of brown sugar. Low bitterness, the flavour's mostly burnt maltiness with a thin cola/caramel sweetness. There's a bit of acidity in the finish. Light body, some dryness from the dark malts. Quaffable, but I expect more depth of body and flavour from my porters.
