Poured a golden red with a light tan head.
A strange, slightly soapy nose, with sweet fruit. It starts off okay, with malt and a slight earthiness, but fades almost immediately, with no finish and an almost non-existent aftertaste.
This is not a particularly good beer. I wouldn't recommend it, and in fact would suggest avoiding the Akashi line altogether.

This beer is the same Alt beer that every tourist-focused non^professional brewery brews here in Japan. It does grevious insult to the alt beer style.

Soapy aroma.
Woody grainy flavor with no finish to speak of. There is no hops or happyness in the beer. Pour it out.
