Hazy translucent gold color with a tight white head. Good retention, and rings of lacing.
Smells like grapefruit, lemon, peach, some pear, white grape, and a hint of pine.
Tastes like lemon, grapefruit, and orange peels and pith, with a hint of sour grapefruit juice. Hints of pineapple, peach, and honeydew melon. Crisp, cracker malt with hints of dough. Dry and lightly piney on the finish, but virtually no residual bitterness.
Medium-bodied, well carbonated, smooth, clean, and lightly dry with a touch of bitterness and lingering hop stickiness.
