On Cask at Mahar's.
A: Poured black with some off white mocha head. Really good lacing for the style and cask.
S: Tons of chocolate. Roast in the back. WOOD. Really pronounced smell of the barrel.
T: Chocolate stick. Best way to describe this. I have had the regular version and this brought out the chocolate more IMO.
M: Medium body. Really smooth mouthfeel. Finished dry.
D: Had a 12oz draft pour and that was perfect. Glad I am able to get these barrel aged beers around these parts. Keep it up Middle Ages.
