Picked up a sixer at a Wegman's in Syracuse while visiting my cousins last week. A bit of a quick dying thread but otherwise hits most of the stations of the NEIPA as far as both eyes and nose. Definitely juicy and tasty but not terribly resinous or strong in the aftertaste. Clean finish, but maybe not the full hazy experience I am looking for. Not terrible, but maybe a little boring.

Tried this local IPA in Homer NY. Pours nicely with a head. Can feel the sparkle of the carbonation in the mouth. Light and juicy!

On tap at The Sterling Renaissance Festival in Sterling, NY.
This one pours a hazy and murky golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, lemon, grapefruit, and malt.
This is decent stuff, even though IPAs traditionally have never really been the complete forte of this brewery. There's lemon, grapefruit, and a touch of bitterness, with a bit too much maltiness for my preference overall.
This is lighter bodied, with a decent enough drinkability to it.
This is mid-tier for the style. It's not bad by any means, but I'd want less maltiness and more clean bitterness.

*Had this at the brewery. This is a different beer from Storm the Castle Not the Capitol.
Typical cloudy New England ipa. Bit of head and a fair bit of lacing. Notes of citrus and pine on the nose. Sweet hops. Pretty clean up front with lemon in the middle and some hop bitterness at the finish, not too much. Pretty significant hop presence but doesn’t finish as bitter as the initial blast of hops would suggest. Medium mouthfeel trending towards light. Good for a summer day without too much humidity. Solid.
