This one pours a dark orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sweet malt, and not much else.
This is kind of a mess. But, really, this isn’t even really a “mess” – a mess implies there’s a lot of weird flavors going on or something – there’s just basically nothing to this except for generically sweet malt character. It doesn’t feel like much thought was put into this.
This is light-ish bodied, but not super drinkable.
Middle Ages is far from one of the premiere New York State breweries, and this example of the style only demonstrates that further.
