Served on-tap at Barcade in Jersey City, NJ
A: Pours a hazy dark golden yellow in color with some hints of orange + copper when held up to the light. The beer has a half finger tall creamy white head that reduces to a thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a slightly thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Very light aroma overall to this beer - quite mild. Very light notes of pale malts with a touch of caramel sweetness and some floral and grassy hops.
T: Similar to the smell, the overall flavor of this beer is quite mild though a touch sweet for my preference. There are notes of pale and caramel malts with light amounts of sweetness followed by some floral and grassy hops. Light amounts of bitterness that fades quickly are present.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly sticky.
O: Easy to drink and sessionable - perhaps a touch sweeter than I prefer my APAs but easy enough to drink.
