A: Cloudy golden like a slightly ripe banana that's sort of bruised, lots of fine bubbles rising not too fast or too slow. A creamy 3 fingered head with fair retention.
S: Malt, drying hay, light, clean and crisp, some creamed corn.
T: A big Pilsner hit of hops, quite spicy at first like red peppers that are old and not as hot as they once were. Light dried hey, good amount of malt, very little dull bitter hops on the finish. Very light sweetness.
M: Chewy and almost thick for the style, with spicy fine bubbled carbonation.
O: I really have liked anything from this brewer I’ve had so far. Not too many Brazil brews in China, but I found this one at Fisherman’s Bar in Kunming. Overpriced, yes, but where else can you find this in Asia? Enjoyed on March 22nd, 2015. BTW, its still on their site so I think they resurrected it, aka, no longer retired.
