This is a special high fermentation beer with red coloration and medium alcohol content (5.3%vol.). It is prepared with some of the world's best hops, mineral water and a blend of three types of malted barley. Its outstanding aroma and flavor go well with meats and seasoned dishes

A: Fresh pressed apple cider watered down (a medium brown with a slight cloud) lots of fine carbonation, a slight off white foam, no head retention.
S: Caramel, apple, slight maltiness, slight crisp dryness which is almost a hint of cider vinegar.
T: Sour like slight apple cider, malty as in a medium dark malt, slight sweetness like caramel, clean linen.
M: Light body, heavy carbonation. Generally dry.
O: Very unique, largely dry. My first Brazilian beer. I like the shape of the bottle and the label which are very old world. The taste is unique and light, and I just want to keep sipping. Got this in China. It was produced on Nov 14, 2012 and drank on Oct 24 2013.

Amber red color with a good head and good retention leaving laces.
Sweet aroma of slightly toasted malts and refreshing floral hops.
Similarly, sweet taste of malt, a bit grainy and with a mild bitterness with floral hops (mimic English hops). Notes of earth and minerals and a tingling sensation.
Light body (borderline watery) with medium carbonation.
Pleasant light beer for refreshing purposes, more flavorful than light pilsners or adjunct lagers. The experience would have been nicer if it had some more hops and a more consistent body.

(Served in a tulip glass)
600 ml bottle stamped 040512
A- This beer pours a slightly dense amber body with a sticky snow white head that last a good bit and a gentle carbonation
S- The fresh caramel malt comes through even though the beer is ice cold.
T- The caramel malt has a bit of jammy sweetness to it with a soft malt/ grain hint that lingers after each sip.
M- The medium mouthfeel has a gentle tight fizz with no real alcohol heat noticed.
O- Served ice cold this beer is pretty clean but the malt flavor that comes through is nice and rich with some more scotch ale qualities at the end when the beer is a bit warmer.

355 mL bottle, thanks Jon,
A: Pours a dark amber with a full long lasting white head, spotty lacing.
S: Caramel malt, really nothing else.
T: Tasty sugary malt with a toasted bread flavour initially. Light fruit, almost a strawberry taste as well.
M: Light body, good feel except for the finish which I thought was too light, the flavour just evaporated when I expected more.
D: Enjoyable beer overall out of Brazil, it went down easy as they say. Reminded me of a cleaner Bud American Ale to which I gave a similar score.

On-tap at DaDo Pub in Porto Alegre, on to the beer:
Well, what do you know? It's amber in color. The head is creamy, and leaves little lacing on the glass. It's toasty with notes of caramel and esters in the nose. As for the taste, it is a lighter tasting beer. Fruity esters are the ost dominating flavor. Toasted grain provide a second option of flavors if you get tired of esters on your tongue. It's easy drinking, and went well with my chicken entree, but it's only middle of the road compared to others.
