(Served in a tulip)
A- This beer pours a crystal clear bright light copper body with a sticky snow white head that last a long bit and is supported by a gentle carbonation.
S- There is a light sulfury sweet hint but otherwise it is very clean
T- The soft slightly green fruit hint fades away into a crisp pils malt flavor with a very light sweetness lingering for a moment. The field corn and mineral water taste come through as the beer opens but they remain soft.
M- The light mouthfeel has a crisp tight fizz and no alcohol heat noticed.
O- This beer has a nice slightly sweet pils malt flavor with just a touch of sweetness to enhance the malt freshness but not taste sweet. There is a very faint hop hint that is covered up by the fizz.
