Golden towards copper color with a thick three finger head with great retention and leaving strong laces.
Aroma with notes of red apples, a bit of caramel, mild cinnamon and orange marmalade.
Sweet flavor with notes of cinnamon, red apples, biscuit malt, mild herbal hops, orange marmalade, some banana and candi sugar. Medium dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Medium body with good carbonation.
I perceived this as a milder version of a Belgian Blond Ale given its fruity and phenolic character. Resulted overly sweet, though.
