Pours copper in color; clear with a decent head that leaves almost no lacing.
The aroma is surprisingly sweet and moderately strong despite low hops. Not as earthy as expected.
Flavor: very mildly bitter.
Mouthfeel: soft, near light carbonation with a medium body. Markedly smooth
O: unusual version of the style.
