Arrived a nice reddish, caramel-brown with a finger's width head.
Smelled of caramel, nuts, a little dried fruit and earthy hops.
Got the same sweetness in the tasting. Caramel/toffee, some nuttiness and the hops come through more.
Medium mouthfeel. Finished fairly dry with a little lingering sweetness.
Quite drinkable and goes well with a variety of the food offered at the restaurant.
I'm always impressed with 5 Seasons' beers and this is no exception. Good for spring before it gets too hot outside.

Color is a beautiful clear reddish-brown with a thick head. Aroma is hoppy and has a toffee hint. Flavor has noticeable hoppy and malty components, with nutty undertones and a whisper of toffee or caramel. Sweet and bitter tastes balance very nicely and complement each other.
Heartily recommended!

The beer arrived at the table crystal clear medium amber golden with a tall nearly white head which lasted well to lace the glass.
The aroma was malty, caramel, and fruity with a very slight spicy nature probably from the hops.
The flavor was sweet and malty with a candylike sweetness that was almost overdone. Hops were present but could have been mroe prevalent in the bittering. The flavor hops were very nice and added a slight spiciness to the beer.
The finish was just dry with a lasting candy impression. The body was medium and nice.
Oddly shaped pint at the brewpub. The sweetness was just almost overdone but the bittering saved the day. The beer grew on me quite a bit as it warmed and was consumed. I had a spicy dish at 5 Seasons and the beer did a good job in counteracting the dish. Pick something nice to accompany this beer.

A very spicy nose. I'd almost say black pepper for the aroma, but not quite. Pepper is present in the flavor however and fits in very nicely with the light malt. One of the breweries better offerings, although still suffering from that watery nature.
