Had this brew on 7/31/06. It was a bottle conditoned brew from 05. Poured deep mahagany with perfeect head. The nose was malty with a slight roastedness. Taste screamed malt and hinted at hops. This was such a great beer with a slight nut finish. I didn't know what it had done to me until i stood as well. Great Beer ask for the bottle conditioned beers whenever available.
