Appearance: Presents itself a clear, dark copper-hued body with a sudsy, whitish head.
Smell: While not overly effusive, you're greeted with scents of lightly toasted pale malts, seasonal citrus fruits, and dried herbs.
Taste: Pale malts for the most part with traces of lightly toasted barley imparting a growing graininess as it goes. Very light hint of sweet caramel. The hops are pithy, citric, and slight grassy and deliver a good amount of citrus fruit flavor. Medium-plus bitterness. Remains bitter and increasingly dry until the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A good, simple APA that paired favorably with the cheese-topped burger.

On-tap at the brewpub.
Pours a clear light copper color with a one-finger slightly off-white head. The head recedes into a patchy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of pale malts with large amounts of citrus, floral, and leafy hop aromas.
Tastes very similar to how it smells. Pale malt flavors kick things off and are joined quickly by large amounts of light citrus and mildly leafy hop flavors. Midway through the sip hints of herbal hops make a brief appearance before fading into a solidly bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with moderate carbonation.
Drinkability is also good. I finished my glass without a problem and could have another.
Overall this is a solid APA that I could definitely knock back a few of. Worth a shot.

Pours a nice transparent dark amber with a decent white head. Aroma is strongly hoppy with an evergreen undertone and a hint of grapefruit - more like an IPA than a pale ale. The hoppy, fruity flavor has a piney tone and hints of grapefruit and apple. The rough, fizzy texture leaves behind a pleasing tingle.
