Can from On the Fly. Pours out with nice fluffy head, orange golden body with tons of fine bubbles, very active carbonation. Head leaves clumpy lacing. Gentle aroma equal parts apple fruitiness and piney hops. Taste brings in more crisp happiness, some malt sweetness. Finishes kind of dry, a hint of metallic notes, but still excellent.

Light orange colored liquid, off white colored head in the 1/2" range. Aroma kicks down pine first, then grapefruit, then caramel.
The caramel is noticeable first in the taste, the opposite of the aroma where it came in last. High bitterness around the 55 ibu mark I would guess. Grapefruit keeps coming in taste wise. Then the pine in a relatively small way on the back end in terms of mouth feel. Light malt sweetness that is otherwise dry for the most part. Its a good ipa and definitely as good as any other ipa I've ever had from north of the border. A little bit surprised with its designation as an English IPA, just seemed more American/West Coast than anything else.

Syrupy sweety on the nose. Sweet and malty. Drinks like a lager instead of an IPA. This is weird for the style.

Poured can into Seidel mug
Nice amber color with nice one finger head.
Smell gives you sweet citrus peels and some malts but not much of anything else.
Grapefruit and Sweet Citrus zest is pronounced. Nice Hoppy bitter finish. Sweet malts are there in between for a balance.
Light medium body with a dry finish
Balanced but typical IPA. Best Canadian IPA I've had but very average and more sweet than a typical IPA. Would I have again? Yes but I wouldn't seek out.
