Pours a clear amber color with a tight, white head that leaves little bits of lacing.
Smells of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Tastes of the pumpkin pie spice with a solid malt base. Spices lead off with notes of allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sweet malts come next with notes of caramel, toffee, and graham crackers. Some mild earthy bitterness in towards the end. Finishes fairly clean with a slight lingering spice note.
Mouthfeel is medium with a smooth amount of carbonation.
Overall, this is a pretty well done pumpkin ale.

a real deviation from the comfort zone with this one. a really robust pumpkin beer loaded with holiday spices and what tastes to me like canned pumpkin rather than fresh squash. as spiced as these get, so if thats you game, give this one a try. i like the malty base, it works with the pumpkin, and there are notes of cacao, vanilla, maple, and black tea all in here, along with the usual suspects from the spice rack. carbonation is big and the beer is frothy, yet it finishes up pretty completely for how spicy and rich this is on the palate. i think its excellent beer, definitely a little overly flavored for my tastes, or for much sessioning of any kind, but i like the way it all comes together, and think it should do really well for them in future falls. good to see more craft canadian stuff making its way to denver.

Bought this in a bomber and enjoyed it in a goblet.
This is a good but not great pumpkin ale. Very drinkable with a pumpkin and spice aroma and a spicy, almost peppery start on the tongue. Not heavy or overly spiced, good beer for pumpkin newbies. I'd definitely drink it again.

Pours a hazy dark orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, actual pumpkin pie, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon candy aromas. Taste is much the same with pumpkin, pie crust, and pumpkin pie spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid pumpkin pie dessert qualities along with the pumpkin pie spices usually found in these beers.

I'm not sure if this is a new version of Central City's Red Racer Pumpkin Ale although the ABV is the same for both.
Dark, pumpkin orange body with a nice thick, white head (3.75). Deep, rich malt aroma infused with aromas of pumpkin and spices; brown sugar; molasses (4.0). Pumpkin pie flavors with a slight bitterness (3.6). Heavy body; smooth and viscous (3.65).
A nice looking and smelling seasonal ale. The flavor has a certain spicy, peppery bite lurking behind the sweet malt and pumpkin taste. A good, decent Fall ale.
