Also enjoyed on tap at Beer Revolution
A - Clear dark golden, showed up with short head but solid lacing and retention
S - Mellow mandarin, some lemon, and toasty malt aromas
T - very similar to the nose with some herbal and earthy accents, the hoppiness is definitely smooth and fitting of the pale style
M - medium body, somewhat creamy carbonation, lightly crisp on the finish
O - very mellow and unassuming while being balanced and fitting into the style nicely with a pleasant feature of citra without being in your face

on tap at Beer Revolution 12/5/12

A golden copper with random sized bubbles floating up to a thin film that lasts long enough to leave a few rings of lace

S floral lavender and canned peaches come out strong, not at all what I was expecting from Citra but it works pretty well for it

T a slight herbal aspect to go with what I smell, a slight tropical note but not too strong, pale level of hopping for sure it is what it claims, just a little tea bag sneaks in there

M medium bodied, well carbonated with just a little Iced tea on the finish

O I was wondering if I was served the wrong beer but I think I should have started with this one instead of jumping right into the DIPA. Don't get me wrong I liked this beer but it was a tough act to follow

I'd drink this one again for sure, not what I was expecting but quite worthy

Had a pint of this at St Augustines. This is the regular PA infused with Citra at the dryhop stage. It adds a new citrus note to the hops and also seems to add a bit more complexity. I liked the beer quite a bit but found it still less complex than the PA from Alameda that I was drinking the same night. Good beer but not world class.

On tap at St Augustines in Vancouver.

A: 1/8" cream coloured head that left a nice lacing over amber liquid with excellent clarity.

S: Faint smell of floral and citrus hops.

T: Floral, grapefruit and tangerine flavours over sweet malt. Delicious.

M: Medium to thin viscosity and a medium to low level of carbonation.

O: Beautiful, extremely drinkable and very tasty. Central City should just replace their regular pale ale with this one. It would fly off the shelves.

On cask at Volo's Cask Days 2011, listed at 48 IBUs.

Poured a lightly hazy golden yellow, with some white bubbles. Good retention. Nose is full of citra, loads of mango, pineapple and an assortment of other tropical fruits. Just juicy in terms of the hop profile. A light sweetness as well. Taste has more citra and it's characteristic tropical fruits (as per the nose), light pale malt qualities and quite bright overall. A step down from the nose, but still fairly pleasant. Medium light mouthfeel, and moderate carbonation. Juicy, resinous and chewy hops, and really drinkable - I could see this being exceptional on draught.
