A: Hazy mahogany liquid with 1/4" tan colored head.
S: Passionfruit, limes and toffee.
T: Acidic caramel, Passionfruit and acidic lemon.
M: medium to thick viscosity and medium carbonation
O: Acidic, and tastes alot like caramel and toffee. Could benefit from some more dark Munich and a touch of chocolate malts for a more German influence. The mosaic hops get lost in the malt.
