Good high hops smell, little lace and the head dissipates quickly. IBU 90 provides good flavor.

Pours a beautiful clear golden amber - no head, but this is the way it got poured. Hoppy aroma has an undertone of grapefruit and sour orange. Flavor is hoppy with a typical citrus undertone - fair to middlin’ but still enjoyable. Bitterness is minimal. Texture has good fizz if average firmness, leaving a nice hoppy and somewhat greenwood finish. It not great, still worth a try if you like IPAs.

Not a great IPA but not awful either. There's nothing that really stands out about it either. It's just like any other hoppy IPA I have had.

Part of a sampler at Max Lagers in Atlanta. Must note that it was listed as a 9% Imperial IPA when I had it, so maybe that's why it's listed as retired here (now an imperial?). Really nice pine and grass aroma. Flavor follows with light bitter, some lightly sweet malt, beautiful grassy floral hops to balance the malts here. Super drinkable, medium plus carbonation. Actually a really nice brew.

Had this one at the source during a friend’s bachelor party! Tick all day, every day! Served from tap into a sampler shaker. Poured yellow-orange with a half finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount quickly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, earth, and earth hop. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, fruit hop, floral hop, earth, and earth hop. It had a light feel on the palate with medium-high carbonation. Overall this was a decent brew. While this brew had definite potential it ended up falling a little short of what it could truly have been. This mainly came about from the earthiness going on in here as it covered up quite a bit of citrus. I would have loved to have the citrus pound my face in, but the earthiness wouldn’t let it come through which was rather sad. Worth trying if you go to the brewpub.
