Appearance: Pale, light yellow-hued body with goody clarity and a scant head film, though it leaves a surprising amount of lace on the way down.
Smell: Mild aroma of flower petals dipped in sugar water with light, light hints of sake and ghee.
Taste: Lightly malted barley, with a curious hint of buttery diacetyl. Faint floral accent, with an undertone of rice. Nil bitterness, hop character. Sweetish, soft finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.
Overall: Not so good as far as lagers go, though, and I hate to be a broken record here, but more carbonation, guys. Also could be drier, especially with a name like DRY.
