Pale yellow colour, milky and very cloudy. The foam is white, but poor and unattractive.
A nose strong hints of banana and sharp lactic acid, as well as a cooked grain, corn and wheat. Even in the mouth hits the pronounced effect of lactic acid, as well as banana and wheat.
The same effect of lactic acid is found also in the aftertaste (where there is remain for a long time), with bits of citrus and yeast. The beer is not bad, it's refreshing, but somewhat strange for Wheat, indeed is more akin to a Weisse (blindly we would definitely indicated as German Weisse).
