It looks like a plain ole brown. But the smell starts to hint at something more exciting, with hits of vanilla and cocoa. The taste is a fine balance between a classic malty brown and something that's more like a stout--can definitely taste vanilla and chocolate through the malt base. Nice. Very nice.
