Growler acquired in trade with bgburdman9 (thanks!).
Poured a medium to deeper and cloudy amber color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, oranges and caramel. Tastes of pine, caramel, and citrus (grapefruit and orange peels). This one was nice and bitter with a malty backbone. Alcohol content well hidden. Nice IIPA...

Tasted at Barley's last year, before I got more serious into brewing and rating beer. These are from my humble notes on a not-so-humble beer...
A: snow-colored but light head sitting atop a burnt orange hazy body
S: Hoppy, herby, and citrusy, yet with the sweet smell of wort and a ripe fruit
T: Bitter, almost astringent but still a "worty" sweetness lies within to give balance. Very fresh-tasting. The alcohol is hot and apparent early in the glass.
M: high gravity with some plenty of hop to dry and cleanse the palate
Wish I could get ahold of one of these now. I'm sure I'd apreciate it even more!

On tap at Barley's Ale House 2:
This beer poured a cloudy copper color and formed a small bubbly white head that left trace lace as it subsided. An aroma of hops, grapefruit, citrus, and pine. The flavor was of hops, grapefruit, pine with some some caramel elements. The body was medium light with a hop bitterness that comes through in the end. Another great beer from a local beer legend.
