Remaining amount of this year's winter warmer on cask, enjoyed at the Smokehouse. Jack Daniels barrel aged. Lots of barley in there, served appropriately at room temperature. Brandy colour with a whisp of head. Corn bourbon aroma. Sourish. One case where barrel aged did not work for a beer.
