A - Dark garnet colored pour with nice clarity and dense, creamy, light caramel colored foam.
S - Light traces of dark fruit and chocolate on the nose. Overall aroma is on the lighter side.
T - Malty and on the fruitier side with delicate chocolate and light bitterness surfacing after the sip.
M - Heavy body that’s silky smooth with gentle carbonation and a wet finish.
O - Brewed for Barley’s 30th anniversary. This beer is starting to grow on me as I work through the glass.
