In commemoration of the 50th episode of All Things Beer, this English IPA highlights a toasty malt base with marmalade hop notes, and a pillowy mouthfeel.

On cask at Barley's Brewing Co., Columbus, OH; served in a shaker pint glass. First impressions: lovely appearance, pale yellowish-orange in color with a soft haze. The bartender left room for a pillowy head of white foam which lasted forever and left some gorgeous lacing. The AMP in the name represents not only the first initials of the collaborators' names (Angelo Signorino, Mark Richards, Patrick Woodward) but also the hops used (Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria, and Pacifica). English Maris Otter rounds out the malt bill. Everything balances wonderfully at cask temp: mild notes of orange, lingering bitterness, and a light biscuity backbone. Pair it with Barley's Pale Ale Chili for a hearty pub grub experience. You won't be disappointed!
