This super crisp IPA is piney, spicy, and bursting with citrus. Our assistant brewer Liam suggested we brew our first Cold IPA and include resinous Chinook hops paired with Citra and Mosaic. Five weeks of lagering let the Munich yeast showcase the German Pale Ale and Munich malts. The result is a balanced toasty, grainy finish and copper color.
