Brown in color with a short 1/2" head. Some light lacing develops though th drink. Aroma and flavor explains the brews name as tart fruit is easily picked up by the nose, and the flavor follows suit as malt, plum, and other tart fruits are quite enjoyable. Very mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel is smooth at the start and crisp at the finish. The tart tones last very long and pleasantly on the tongue. Medium bodied brew. Drinkability is down a bit, as the nose and flavors are pleasant, but one of these beers is enough in one sessions.
