A - Clear deep amber body with almost one finger of creamy white head that transformed into a patchwork of sticky lacing. Very minimal carbonation present. Nice clarity!
S - Grassy hops with pale and caramel malts, as well as some lemon and citrus rind. Nice balance of malts and hops in the aroma.
T - Interesting hop profile for an APA, with a grassy hop base, a touch of citrus rind and a bit of a medicinal quality. There's also a mild spiciness to the flavor with traces of pepper.
M - Medium body with a slight syrupy texture, though mostly watery. Moderate amount of carbonation. Finish is pretty dry and leaves a lingering bitterness on the tongue.
D - Not as good as their BPA, in my opinion, but pretty solid. This was hoppier than I had anticipated.
