We went to this brewery when we were in the area about 6 years ago. Don't remember too much about the place other than they were also a Distillery. We sampled both products. As I remember there weren't many people there so the owners and us talked at intervals. Nice place but I don't remember them having food.

A 2-story gastropub that can handle groups of visitors. At least 12 house-brewed beers on tap, covering a range of styles but favoring IPA. Excellent service at the bar. Trout dinner was excellent,

I have been to all of their pubs and restaurants. All are fairly priced with well done food. Service quality depends on day and time for sure. Beer is very well done, my fav is the pine martine pale ale. The brewery is hidden gem if you will, unfortunatley its one of those local breweries that dont plan on distributing to the masses. The have a few local restaurants, 2 in Redmond and 3 in Bend each have their own atmosphere so its easy to find one that suites you and your friends.
So plan a trip and enjoy all 7 brewerys in Central Oregon
I highly recomened hitting the slopes of Bachelor and stopping off at the "Lodge" to enjoy some awesome brews and great food to help you warm up.
