Probably the best beer of Lvivska brewery. Deep brown/red color with a big, beige head. The aroma of roasted caramel, malt and hint of grass. Intense caramel taste, but the sweetness is not overwhelming. Pleasant, roasted bitterness in the end. Great Dunkel. I hope Carlsberg is not going to spoil it after a few months.

Dark brown, off-white foam, not too elegant, but longstanding.
At the smell hazelnut and malt, relatively dark.
Hazelnut in the taste too, with a bit of biscuit. Decent, even if a bit watery.
The aftertaste is again on malty notes, and dry fruit, with a light bitterness and a delicate caramel.
Honest.

Pours a dark brown color that when held to the light is noted to be quite clear and chestnut tinged. Thin off-white head dissipates somewhat leaving a thin partial head on top of the beer.
Aroma has notes of dark justice breads, pumpernickel, nutty earthy tones, and a bit of a tangy sourdough note.
Taste has notes of dark rustic bread, earthy hops provide some bitterness, dark fruits and some tangy sourdough. Hops leave a lingering bitterness on the finish.
Feel is light with some crisp carbonation.
Overall, its a solid albeit forgettable beer.

Surprisingly good Munich Dunkel.
Pours dark brown with ruby highlights, plenty of lacing and long lasting surface coverage. Creamy tan foam with a smooth surface texture.
Aroma is nutty, toasted almonds, toasted bread.
Taste is close to the aroma, nutty toasted malt, a little papery oxidation, almond aftertaste. Creamy with a substantial feel. Carbonation is in check, seems balanced. Overall this was a surprisingly good beer that exceeded my expectations.
