Reviewing again as bored, this time from a bottle. Mega cheap, contains corn and caramel...less strong than their 1715, part of Carlsberg in Ukraine.
Looks pretty good in the glass, big head. Aromas of light refreshing hops and light malts.
Totally drinkable, hops definitely seem lighter than their 1715. Lots of different mild flavours with nothing particularly dominating. It has quite a musky malt and straw like flavours. Tastes a little bananaey too. Quite a creamy mouth feel, not much of an aftertaste.
Drinkable and good value, though I would rather pay a little extra for the 1715. Better than Opilia and similar quality to Obolon.

500ml bottle from Eastern European, Ukrainian and Baltic Food Shop, Glasgow (£2.39):
Clear amber with a foamy white head settling a half cm tall with lacing on the sides. Basic nose with corn on top of the grassy notes. The taste is far worse, cheap & aggressively bitter with earthy hops but a poor balance & very skunky to boot.

Golden color, good white head which quickly goes away ). Light malt aroma and malty taste with minimal bitterness. Nothing interesting here. Drinkable.

480 ml can, from EkoMarket Stavanger. ABV is 4.3%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Dull aroma of grain and dust. Light bodied. The flavour is first slightly citric, followed by fairly decent herbal hops.

Clean blonde, green edges, abundant and elegant foam.
Honest hop in the nose, with grassy notes, hay.
The taste starts with a light honey, then again the grassy hop.
Light to medium body, light hop in the aftertaste, quite dry finish.
Honest beer.

Best among the macro-brewed Ukrainian light beers. Lvivske doesn't disappoint at this price range. Make sure to buy in the authentic 2.5 liter plastic bottle!

Eastern Europe beer night continues for the Tone dog. Poured from a brown 16.9 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of malts, grains, a touch of sweetness. Taste is mild, grains, some malts and grass. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and decent beer.

500ml Bottle. Lager glass. Enjoyed on dec´12. Pale straw color, crystal clear appearance. White froth, brief crown, some rings. Basic flavors & aromas. Gentle & crispy upfront, slightly sweet & grainy, light maltiness & low hoppiness. Light body. High carbonation. Bitterness is clean. Pretty correct macro light lager.

Really not too bad. Poured cold from my friends fridge here in Kyiv. Has a nice, large, foamy, frothy, off-white head that lasts a long time and lots of lace. Color is a clear yellow with lots of bubble trails. Aroma is super mild, beery, and not much else. Flavor is lots better with some malt, bitter, and carbonic tang nicely balanced up front but a little slightly unpleasant lingering sweetness. Body and carbonation are good. Finish is like flavor, clean, and drinkable. I’ll have another.

I had another Lvivske beer earlier and I was astonished at the curious satisfaction it brought me.
This one comes in a brown 500ml bottle, my bottle is simple "Lvivske Lager"
Pours a pale golden, really like any other Euro Pale Lager, the head is large and white and leaves some very elegant lacing.
The smell is rather bland, a subtle inkling of hops, mostly malt and mineral water, still clean and refreshing.
The taste is surprisingly good for the abv. It basically tastes like a EPL but it has a lot less alcohol than most, and it goes beyond that by being a subtly tasty beer. It is mild, refreshing, there isn't a sign of corn. Very nice.
